Before this, I spent 15 years building digital platforms for mission-driven organizations. That work drove billions of views and grew audiences into the tens of millions, and one fundraising program I led doubled from $7M to $14M a year. For most of my career I found hidden revenue for organizations, and these days I do the same thing for individuals, starting with myself. I put this approach to work in my own negotiation this year, and it ended with a raise and a new title.
